お世話になっております。

本学位プログラムでは2021年4月より過去問請求の制度を変更したところですが、「国内郵送」請求にあたりご注意いただきたい点がございます。

案内にもあります通り、国内郵送の費用は「請求者負担」としたしておりまして、申請後に切手付き返信用封筒を同封した封筒を私どもまでご郵送いただく必要がございます。入力フォームに申請を書き込めば自動的に郵送されてくるというものではございません。

封筒が届きませんと返送はできかねますので、よろしくお願いいたします。

We have just changed the system for requesting past examinations’ question from April 2021, and we again would like to ask you to be careful when requesting by “domestic mail service”.

As stated in the guide, the cost of domestic mailing is to be burdened by the requestor, and it is necessary to send a stamped envelope to us after submitting the application. You will need to send us a stamped, self-addressed envelope after submitting your application.

It is not something that will automatically be mailed to you if you fill out the application Google form. If we do not receive the envelope, we will not be able to return your application.
