【過去問の閲覧・請求について Browsing/Sending Past Examinations】

国際日本研究学位プログラムでは、大学院入学試験の過去問について、これまでは事務室での閲覧のみとしておりましたが、COVID-19流行の影響に鑑み、2021年度から、下記のように手続きを変更することといたしました。希望者の方は、下記をよくご確認のうえでご対応をお願い申し上げます。

IAJS programs only allowed all concerns to browse past examinations for enrollment at the IAJS office. However, in light of the COVID-19 epidemic impact, we have decided to change the procedure as follows starting in the AY2021. If you would like to use the service, please read the following carefully before taking action.

公開する過去問 Past Examinations disclosed

最新年度を含む過去3年度間に使用した一般入試の「専門科目」問題のみを公開しております。また、推薦入試・社会人特別選抜の試験問題は公開しておりませんが、形態は「専門科目」に近く、専門科目問題の請求をお奨めしております。なお、「外国語試験」問題はすべて公開しておりません。ご留意ください。

Only the “Specialized Subjects” questions of the general examinations used in the past three years including the latest year are available to show. We do not show questions for the entrance examinations for recommended applicants and special selection for working individuals, but we recommend that you request that because they are similar in format to those for specialized subjects. Also, please note that we do not show all questions for “foreign language” examinations. Thank you.

過去問対応の3パターン Three Patterns for Applicants

1. 事務室にて閲覧（日時予約を必要とします）Browse at the Office (Appointment required)

まず、申請用のGoogleフォームに入力してください。次に、事務室あてにEメールをお送りいただき、訪問日時を調整いたします。そのうえで、確定した日時に事務室へお越しください。

First, please fill out the Google form for application. Next, send an email to the office and we will arrange a date and time for your visit. Then, please come to the office on the confirmed date and time.

2. 日本国内居住者へのコピー郵送 Domestic sending service

まず、申請用のGoogleフォームに入力してください。次に、切手付き返信用封筒を同封した請求状を事務室までご郵送ください（ご郵送いただけない場合は返信できかねます）。事務室は返信用封筒に問題コピーおよび第三者開示禁止のお願いを封入して返送します。

First, please fill out the Google form for application. Next, please send the request form with a self-addressed & stamped envelope to the office by Japan-Post. The office will enclose a copy of the questionnaire and a request for prohibition of third party disclosure in the return envelope and send it back to you.

※なお、添付する切手の額面については、普通郵便の場合、150g程度の価格（210円）が目安になります。

3. 海外居住者への特別対応 Special Handling for overseas residents

まず、申請用のGoogleフォームに入力してください。次に、事務室あてにEメールをお送りください。郵送等では時間や費用がかかりすぎるため特別対応ができるよう、ご相談させていただきます。

First, please fill out the Google form for application. Next, please send an email to the office. We will contact you to discuss special arrangements, because mailing from overseas is too time-consuming and expensive.
